A Streetcar Named Desire (1993)

Dixie returned to her home state in 1993 to perform one of theatre's most coveted roles -- Blanche DuBois, the delicate, romantic, genteel southern belle, struggling desperately to hold on to the past as she is thrown in with the crude and brutish Stanley Kowalski who is resentful and intolerant of her affectations and is ultimately her self-described "executioner."
