On Our Own (1977-1978)

The story of two young women trying to make it in the New York advertising world, Maria (Lynnie Greene) and Julia (Bess Armstrong) have just been promoted from the secretarial positions they had previously held to professional positions. Enthusiastic and energetic, if a bit naive and inexperienced, they want desperately to take full advantage of their first big step up the corporate ladder.

Dixie plays beautiful and sexy copywriter, April Baxter, who is worldly wise about advertising, as well as men.
